Kelsey is a Financial Consultant here at Maven. With more than 15 years in finance and accounting and a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Kelsey has built a well-rounded career spanning leadership roles across a variety of industries. She has worked in everything from acquisitions, cost analysis and financial planning to process improvement and employee-focused initiatives, giving her a unique perspective on both the operational and human sides of the business. Her experience supporting small business owners through PEO services and leading teams in larger organizations has shaped her approach to creating financial strategies that not only meet company goals but also foster strong, people-driven cultures.

Away from work, Kelsey loves cooking, gardening, and spending quality time with her two daughters, husband, and Australian shepherd. Whether it’s family time, exploring new hobbies, or just soaking up the outdoors, she values balance and connection in every season of life
